When the US government, now known as the Animal becomes power-hungry, the citizens of America realize that the democracy that was once preached isn't such a thing anymore. Additionally, Ming, China's ruthless leader has been long watching every move that the leaders of the government and has curated the world's most deadliest diseases and viruses into one big biochemical weapon that he calls The Plague. His mission is to wipe out every one over the age of 12 in order to start a new and improved America; an America that he sees in his image. God has had enough and is once again looking to end the human race's evil streak. His answer? A 21-year-old named Urijah who now has supernatural powers to fight against evil. Urijah on his journey quickly finds out that he isn't the only one with powers like his, but not everyone is looking to use them to save us all.
